When ever I have to call this surgery I just want to say , what excellent service i have always received from the receptionists they are always kind caring & patience , and truly listening when it was needed most , that also goes to all the Staff Doctors nurses at Longcroft Thank you Jacqueline Drewett
My 28 year old autistic son has been struggling with extreme OCD and mental health issues - Dr John has shown remarkable empathy for us as a family and has been extremely through in testing my son to rule out any medical problems that may be contributing to his OCD issues. We are on the waiting list for a psychiatrist appointment but the recent change in medication has improved my son’s condition. Appalling delays in the telephone!!
They have gone above and beyond to help me recently thank you longcroft and dr John
Doctor was 40 minutes late for my daughter's appointment. I spoke to the receptionist who just said " you're next". An apology would have made all the difference. How hard is it to say "I'm sorry for the wait but you're next"?? Manners..... I would give no stars if I could
