[Residential customer] Gentleman who we had our appointment with was arrogant, dismissive and not helpful. Went elsewhere in London to access the exact same product (same manufacturer) and value-add service.
We've had a sofa / wall bed / cupboards / wardrobe unit fitted. If you want 'cheap and cheerful' -- then go elsewhere. If you want top quality furniture from a top quality company with top quality fitters, then these guys are for you. The 5-star experience starts when you go and meet James in the showroom, and when he shows you round and explains everything to you.
