Stay away from renting any of their properties. Jessica answers the phone and immediately transfers you to tenant line. Second call spoke with ******** who was extremely rude. They absolutely don't care about your situation and do not wish to assist. Referred back to local complex manager who in the first place referred me to them. I lost my application and reservation fee but am only glad I never moved to any of their properties.
DO NOT EVEN APPLY TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I CAN UNDERSTAND A NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE. BUT A NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF AN ADDITIONAL $200 IS CRAZY. I don't even live there and was charged $200 application fee and $150 in application fees, what does this $200 go towards? Again application fees to run credit or background completely understandable not a non-refundable administrative fee. Same as everyone else- I can't get anyone on the phone and can't find any other means of contact. Number keeps ringing and then mailbox is full. If you call the regular line, they are nice but can only say they will have the client relations lady call you back, which she hasn't in two weeks. AND IM TRYING TO PAY THEM! It's crazy, and this is keeping my from getting my new apartment. Facebook/ Twitter etc that is listed online hasn't been updated in months.
How can this company have an A+ rating with the bbb. We have a mold situation they refuse to address in an appropriate and proactive way, instead they are attempting to have us sign a false legal document making claims that are false and trying to get us to sign an early release of lease if we don't talk about the mold! This is absolutely a bad company!
Horrible customer Service, I applied for an apartment here and was charged a credit check fee along with a membership fee. My application was denied. They then stated after me attempting to reach them over ten times via email and phone that I will be refunded the membership fee with in ten days. Unorganized, unresponsive, unreasonable & unfair! Lease renewal was a nightmare. Staff turnover quicker than you can blink. No accountability. No responses to emails. Contacted corporate and the receptionist hangs up on you each and every time. Posted on the only FB page I could find for JRK and instead of responding to my concerns they kept deleting my comments ...and then eventually disabled them. This company is evil, all they want is money. They do not care about their residents and teach their manages to cut people off and not listen. I see this on various reviews, where the management will not listen and not talk to you, unprofessional.....hang up on you, put you on hold and not return. The bill has bogus charges on it and no one seems to be able to explain to me what they are....charges from months I have already paid. They are evil.
I am a resident at one of their properties. The Villas in Westerville OH. I was blackmailed and swindled. We were the best residents possible. Responsible, quiet, and paid every rent early. I have been disrespected and ignored by staff and JFK the parent company. hey incorrectly charged me as I moved out even though they owned me $150 from a deposit. I rent at The Vue Apartments in Portland, Oregon. The best thing I can say about them is at least they finally got rid of the bed bugs. It's a terrible, filthy place and they apparently have no intention of making it any better. In fact, it gets worse by the day. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from these people.
