JRK/The Retreat at MESA hills at El paso. Appartment's complex, offer several amenities, like a club house, swimming pool and gym. All three are closed. Resident cannot use the swimming pools. It's been several weeks now. I called the main office and Corporative at LA. Both told me that swimming pool, club house and gym will stay closed, until city inspection is done, I find this unacceptable.
Worst company ever. Why do they even have a corporate office? The phone is never answered, or it's so busy with so many complaints. Waiting over two months for a refund, and can't talk to anyone. Rich California people cashing a check, but can't write one.
