I am a resident at one of their properties and just tried calling their main number. A woman named Jessica picked up the phone and transferred me to another number where no one picked up ...I then called back and the phone stopped ringing so I tried several times. JRK will not return my call in regards to my car being towed. The front office lady just hangs up when they see its me calling very unethicl.
I live at ********** Lake Apartments in Fort Worth. This company is refusing to hold their end of picking up trash from my apartment as agreed in my lease. This management company refuses address issues with their subcontract.
We rented an apartment at ******* Bay and it was an abomination from the beginning. The office staff in incompetent and the mis-management is astounding. The Property Manager is only person that do anything other than getting you into a lease. And she is frequently not there, leaving early, coming in late, at least that is what your told when you call the office. You have to go in and try to catch her. Worst company ever. Never had a company be so unprofessional before. We called to ask for an email address and they hung up and wouldn't answer the phone again.
ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! If I was able to give this apartment complex a ZERO I would. I have lived here since December 2016 and It has been awful from the first day. I lived in one of the location at **** s ***** rd Katy Tx XXXXX. This company refuses to return my deposit since 2013 . Tried leaving messages , every time I call they transferred me to a voicemail . After several messages since 09/2013 they are refusing to talk to me or returned my deposit.
The ****** and JRK's staff have continually flagged my reviews (on Yelp and Google) and photos alleging they are not photos of their property and claiming I never lived there. They have succeeded momentarily, but all the photos are back! Also, if you hop over to Yelp, you can link to the YouTube tour of The ****** as well as a Google Photo Album with 350+ photos taken over a three year period.
