I had three keloid removal, two on my right and one on my left. I had these keloids for about 20 so years. It has been so comforting to know that I finally found a place that specialises in everything keloids but also the support and care of their patients. I attended a consultation at London Cosmetic Clinic and unfortunately left feeling disappointed with the professionalism and organisation of the experience. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 12:45 appointment to complete a medical history form. While handing me the form, the receptionist asked, in front of others in reception, “Is it this?” while gesturing towards a tiny skin coloured mole on my face. Very poor experience at The London Cosmetic Clinic on Harley Street. My original appointment had to be rescheduled because the wrong doctor was listed on their website. Then, the day before my appointment, the clinic changed the time without my agreement — I had to contact them myself to correct it.
