Beautiful flowers and gifts but the young woman serving is curt and unfriendly. She never says hello when you enter shop and is totally disinterested in helping. My friends went in recently from Wilmslow and commented too. Maybe some customer service lessons are needed.
Stunning flowers, i got 2 loads for my 1st purchase and the 'i'm sorry' load worked, mine were lovely to. So i'v just ordered more, this could become regular. Great service and flowers. Fantastic, frendly and fabulous, in every way.
Purchased many flowers for the wife from here over the past few years, unfortunately quality of flowers has sadly declined, they kindly replaced the first bunch but second are just as bad.
My wife loves the flowers from here, always great quality! 💐
