Can completely recommend Karina. I was training for a triathlon when both calve muscles completely seized up and I couldn't run at all. No amount of stretching made any difference. After my first sports massage session with Karina things began to immediately improve. After two more sessions I am running again with no sign of seizing up. Having becoming quite injury prone through running over the last year I thought my running days could be over. However Karina has given my running a new lease of life. Many thanks.
