i ahd relative stop in there the place needs closing down all old dated furniture staff did the best looks if owners just want the money

My family member has stayed at the Leylands’s for the last 12 weeks the building is tied but over her stay improvements have been made always stated food was good and the care given was very good activity’s did take place and her choice was always their main priority over all the staff work hard my family was happy with her time spent at leylands and as a family we can only thank them for all the dignity and compassion that was shown my aunt

A lovely home, warm ‘family’ feeling, staff are always pleasant and kind, they go above and beyond for their residents and visitors.

My relative spent 2months here after recovering from a fall. The facility reminded me of what a boarding school accommodation would look like, basic functions but adequate for use. Unfortunately it wasn’t designed to deal with people recovering from falls/breaks meaning my relative spent the whole stay in her room. I would like to stress that 80% of the staff were great and clearly hard working individuals, only negative comments were around night staff lacking bedside manner & my relative being forgotten about after request... read more
