THE WORST AND THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AGENTS EVER!!! Specifically the agent Joanna based in Hitchin is extremely rude, unprofessional and has absolutely no manners to talk to clients. They have just been fooling around and using rude words for the client. I would ask for an immediate action against that agent and I am sure going to escalate this to the highest levels!
