The staff was very courteous and professional. They were there to support with every step of the process, making it feel effortless. It really took some of the usual stresses out of moving. I am a landlord .My experience with the letting line was good , communication was excellent and they helped me organize everything and guided me through the entire process. The tenants they found were vetted thoroughly and are respectable people and I even got a little over the asking rental price ! They also have an agreement where in the contract they have the right to pop into the rental property to check the state of the flat and make sure it’s being respected.
I've recently started renting a property managed by the letting line and they have been so professional and helpful I highly recommend them,all of the agents working here are so friendly and have done everything they can to help in every way,I have to mention Rosie,Olivia and Kayleigh as they've all helped me alot and any question I have they are in contact straight away to sort out any problems,I'm very happy with their service
