Tried a few agents in Bristol, this has been the best. Straightforward
This company input the wrong address when changing billing for one of their properties and they changed the billing details for my property to them. I now have 6 months of backdating on my bills to pay all at once because they cannot double check when entering this information
Very reliable and quick to resolve any issue. Really friendly staff as well, always a pleasure to talk to them
