We were tenants for nearly 2 years and we honestly couldn’t fault The Letting Centre at all. We had a few issues with the property we were in, with each time always being dealt with promptly and efficiently. All the staff were really friendly and they always made us feel as if they cared for us as individual tenants, as opposed to “one of the masses”. They were all responsive, professional and genuinely helpful. Julie & Angie especially were lovely to deal with. Fantastic experience throughout.

I was with The Letting Centre for my first time renting as a tenant and they were so helpful - always happy to answer even silly questions and it was great to have a local office to pop in to as well. Now I am with a different agency I can safely say The Letting Centre set the bar very high - definitely would recommend from a tenant’s perspective.
