Unfortunately, I have had an extremely poor experience with the letting agency from the beginning of my tenancy and have since left my tenancy early due to the ongoing issues with both the property and management by The Letting Agency. The general consensus seems to be that as a Landlord they are great, as a Tenant they are awful.
