They are fraudsters. My contract was for 6 months. They also take payment after 6 months through VIS. I called them to cancel contrct but they said you have to give notice in writing. I send them email but they dont reply. I advised my bank to cancel it, after paying them extra. After few months they start sending me pending invoices in emails. Now I have been contacted by debt collecting agency for pending invoices. So they are not marketing company they are fraud.
Artwork is amazing All the staff from initial phone call to artwork have been brilliant
Would not even give one star if possible. Worst company i have ever dealt with don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails. I signed up to 6 months advertising contract but i missed the fact that it would auto renew for another 6 months. I've emailed and called and emailed and called with no response. Did once get to speak with Darren who promised to sort things but what a shock no one ever got back to me. The art designer Danny was very very helpful in understanding all our requirements and the changes were worked upon and had a very quick turnaround time. He worked even through the weekend to amend the video advert as per our comments and to send it to us soon. Even though the photos we provided were not of great quality he did his best to get the advert colourful and dynamic.
