Had a couple of sessions with Stuart that stopped when I missed one appointment due I went to A&E with a heart problem. When I called back on the following days to rebook my appointment, they lady on reception basically told me that I was lucky they won't charge me for missing the appointment, as per they policy. Zero empathy or care about their customers.
