Having been bought over service quality has dropped below safe or reasonable standards. When you start TRT or fertility treatment there are risks if you abruptly stop. I am unable to receive treatment from them or complain about it due to what appears to be admin and value-engineered, or deliberately difficult service design. Leger have been amazing for me! Such a quick turnaround from blood test to consultation and treatment. Only just started the testosterone so nothing to comment yet but a big shoutout to Nicky who has been amazing in responding to all of my questions and helping organise all of the supplies etc! This place is rubbish after being sold to medichecks. It's all about money and profit now. It was fantastic when it was ran by Dr Savage, He done everything possible to keep costs low. It's only going to keep getting worse aswell. Now I'm on TRT I'm trapped, I would have never started it if I knew they were going to stop accepting bloodwork and sell out to medichecks. I had a terrible experience with this company. Everything was great until I paid. They took ages to reply to any emails, and when they did, it was always a generic “we’ll get back to you shortly”. Four days after starting with them, they were sending me emails to pay for a £110 venous blood draw that wasn’t even needed. I had to point it out to them! Their website clearly states that a finger prick monitoring test is all that’s needed at four weeks, which is £50 cheaper. They also started me on 60mg of cypionate a week, whic... read more
