Poor service we bought a leather suit off them. And I rang to say there was some defects appeared on one chair . When the owner came out he was more interested In feeling the leather saying he could feel grease on back of chairs from heads saying you have not used the cleaner . Saying if you don't use the cleaner that they give you when you bye the suit with in 12 months you are not looking after it . Because they have built the price of the cream in the price of the suit . Amazing service from start to finish!! Staff are helpful and friendly in store, and took the time to go through all options with us. We ordered 3 sofas from the Leather Suite Warehouse and couldnt be happier with the quality of them!! Delivery time was as promised and the boys that delivered the sofas were friendly, efficient and tidy! Would definitely recommend 👌
