We had a leak from our en-suite shower, which was diagnosed as a limescale failed shower unit. Got a good quote, chose the new shower unit, chose the tiles (which were then all ordered for the job by the firm). Job done is perfect. Got us booked in with not too much waiting. Then it was Tiles off, old shower out, new shower in, and a fabulous tile job to blend everything in, in just two days. From the first diagnostic visit to the two days Mike was with us doing the work, I can absolutely 100% recommend using Lavender!
Absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. They listened to my wishlist and it has been created. Communication was clear and responsive. There was minimal disruption, they were tidy, careful and thorough. I am a very happy customer.
We have used this company to fit a new bathroom. The service and communication has been very good from the initial detailed quote through to the work being completed. There were a couple of revisions to the plan as we went, which were accommodated with minimal fuss. The work is of a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and would highly recommend.
