16:20 18/07/2025 I went today for my appointment at the man at the blood appoint last window was so rude and unprofessional. I explained the DR emailed me my forms to send to them. He continued to lie and say the printer is broken even though the patient before me was allowed to print their forms. Dismissed me and said they were closing soon even though i really needed my bloods done. Then gave me a rude sly remark as i was leaving saying to not come back with any forms.
