Greystar is claiming my utilities are due the same date as my rent. They are also claiming that my utilities charge posts a day earlier than it actually does. They refuse to respond to my emails as they claim it's their "policy", I don't know what that means as they have not shown any of my claims to be false or misinformed. They have now threatened to "lock" my electronic payment account if I don't post utility payments a day earlier than is required by my Utility Addendum. I wish I could give them a lower review. They are not helpful. One woman specifically is most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with in a customer service position. None of the office staff ever know how to handle any situation. One person in the entire office can help solve problems, but she never responds to calls in a timely manner. Greystar Management is absolutely unprofessional and I am truly disgusted that this company has affiliated with Sterling at Stonecrest. Since their affiliation with the apartment complex, my building has become extremely unclean. There have been condom wrappers left in the parking lot, paraphernalia used for illegal substances left in the elevator, unsanitary smells in the elevator, and the trash is being left in the hallways for up to three days with no one picking up properly, which is a breach of contract per the valet tr... read more

Moved in to my new apartment 13 months ago the staff was friendly on getting me to move in. After move in there were several issues with the apartment and they were not taken care of for a long time. This company is running financial crimes and scams. They require a deposit when APPLYING for a unit as a hold. We read reviews citing delays on returned holds and thought it was a past problem. It is not. We’ve been waiting for our money back since JUNE. It is now OCTOBER almost November. The first time we asked on the status of our money back, they said a check was lost in the mail. The receptionist Shania is very rude and nasty. Our lease ended Oct 13, we got permission to stay Fri and sat from the management to complete moving. My family and I endured a deeply troubling experience at Sawyer Heights Lofts in Houston TX, having been subjected to two robberies within a week, which left us feeling extremely unsafe.
