It's hard to tell if Centrick is truly incompetent or just straight up negligent. Their failure to procure a new energy supplier knowing the former contract was expiring has meant residents have received no water or electricity bills in months, with no option to seek suppliers themselves. Many of us are anticipating a huge bill if and when Centrick finally resolve this. The elevators are frequently broken, often for weeks at a time. I have been living in this building for less than three months, and the amount of inspections and disruptions has been overwhelming. In this short time, there have already been multiple inspections: fire safety checks, electricity inspections, and additional inspections requested by the renting agency. Now, because Centrick is apparently changing electricity and water suppliers, they have decided to carry out meter readings with less than 24 hours' notice.
