my relative has been admitted to Lambeth Hospital and the experience so far has been shocking. They have been there for several days and have still not been given any medication or proper treatment. Nobody has updated us on their condition, and it feels like staff are just letting things happen with no structure, no monitoring, and no care. In Florence Ward, there was lots of support and care. The treatment was good and the staff there were supportive.
Some or all of these 5 star reviews are clearly bogus reviews kmt. I pray for God’s protection over my friend whilst she’s in there because humanity is lost.
I was recently discharged from here and the service was good. I was treated properly with respect and kindness. I was seen by staffs on time and got medical reviews frequently. The environment and the food cafe were soothing places for me. I only had a problem twice with a psychiatrist and a psychiatric nurse who came across as rude, nonchalant, argumentative, apathetic, lacked compassion and empathy and weren't willing to listen to me, but this was sorted out quickly by the management and that's why am giving five stars!.
