Lakeland installed a shower and flooring in my elderly mother’s bathroom because she could no longer use her bath due to dementia and bad knees. The sales advice and the finished job were very good and we paid in full immediately afterwards. Then my mother’s toilet wouldn’t flush properly because it was backing up with dirty water. Lakeland said it would be nothing to do with their job.
