The front desk staff was helpful, there's a huge shop downstairs, you can get Starbucks coffee downstairs, there's a great gym, the shower felt amazing, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are nice. No complaints. My husband and I loved it!

I LOVE ❤️ this hotel! Elizabeth at the front desk was super helpful along with every member of the staff I came into contact with. I will be back soon!!!!

On 1/14/2017 I got FOOD POISONING from eating a salmon sandwich at their restaurant. I was at a conference and a lot of people got sick from the food served in the hotel. But I was I think the only one that did not eat the food conference, I ate at their hotel restaurant. Same result, apparently.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. Most of all, Lorenzo and Eric had a very friendly helpful attitude and gave fantastic service. I will be booking here again because of that. I told Eric my phone battery was low and he handed me a phone charger. It's one of the things that sets a hotel apart from the others. Thank you!
