While I was eating breakfast, I was completely shocked when I started to bite on a piece of something hard. I was traumatized when I realized it was a piece of GLASS from the food! (about 1 x .5inches long) My plate was taken away by a waiter and give to the manager but he didn't bother to apologize. If I would of swallowed the piece of glass it could of been a very scary ending. This should have been handled very differently.
DON'T STAY HERE! Rude staff, expensive parking, No free WiFi but charging almost $300 a night to stay in what i consider an average room ( nothing fancy or special about it at all, I'd say it's worth $150 tops), The restaurant over-charged me and had the nerve to get an attitude when i wanted my money back that they owed. The entrance is right next to the free way so prepare to battle your way in. They ran out of towels, the elevators weren't working properly, and TERRIBLE customer service. Food is great! Service is good. The only thing is that waiters and waitresses don't smile.
It was comparable with other large downtown hotels. I liked the large open lobby and the fairly good sized rooms. The bathroom was nice and large; boasting a bath tub and separate shower. WiFi was extra.
