We were pleasantly surprised at how big this place is, thinking it's downtown. The entrance is clean, we were greeted by friendly valet. The lobby is huge and clean and had a welcoming ambiance. It smells nice everywhere. There's plenty of seats to sit and enjoy the fireplace, or watch the ballgame on tv. The bartender was very nice to prepare me a non-alcoholic drink fast. Nice property great staff. Excellent location, great meeting space.
Clean, modern hotel, in a convenient location in DTLA. The staff is courteous and the rooms are clean, newly renovated and comfortable.
Very good experience. When I come back to Los Angeles, this hotel would be at the top of my list of places to stay hands down.
Nice hotel and close to downtown. They have a fridge in the room which only turns on for two hours which is really stupid. Doesn't keep anything cold. I also had to pay for internet which really should be free.
