The Knox is amazing. They have an extremely nice and helpful staff that is available throughout the day. They are not pushy and aren't all about making money. They want to make sure that you are happy and have everything you need taken care of. The Knox goes above and beyond for its clients and is a great complex right next to campus.
The leasing manager was super positive and made sure my roommate and I understood everything that he was talking about. Very friendly and welcoming!
The Knox has been awesome for my roommates and I! Not only are the apartments luxury and well made, but the management really does care and look out for the residents. Any time we have made a maintenance request, the problem has been addressed the next day. Also, The Knox was more than willing to work with me when a parking miscommunication occurred. Overall, very happy with the Knox.
