TL;DR - There are a lot of other places that are actually worth the money. I don't recommend living here. I lived here for a year & it wasn't a good experience for paying over $900. Tandem parking is definitely NOT worth the hassle, unless you barely move your car & the other person is your roommate. I took over a lease last summer & was barely given any info upon move-in and they did not give me a move-in form so my roommates & I were charged for things that the older tenants damaged. During the pandemic, other apartments and landlords are offering flexibility to their tenants to help them through this difficult time. These jerks though are using this time to look for billing errors that THEY made, and demanding MORE money from their renters. Nice, huh? I highly recommend avoiding this place and finding an apartment that treats you with some decency.

Have tried contacting the office multiple times and no one can seem to answer the phone during their “open hours.” Management has always been very frustrating with helping residents. The deck was never kept clean. The “amenities” were never taken care of such as the grills, which were so dirty residents could barely use them, and the hot tub areas were never neat or clean. I’ve never lived here, but this property is so awesome!! I love the grill area and clubhouse. The office staff was super friendly when we toured and everything looks super clean.
My daughter lives here and they have had mice since December. They literally had mice dropping’s all over the apartment and in their beds and on their furniture. Some nights she had to sleep at a friend’s apartment because the mice were so bad. We have had a terrible experience, and they still have large quantities of mice in the apartment.
Isaiah Challen is extremely efficient, professional & knowledgeable!!! Megan, Jess & Jennifer are friendly faces in the warm Welcome Center eagerly prepared to help as well. Our daughter & her roommates will be blessed living at The Knox! Everything about it fits everyone's needs next year. :)
