I love living at the knox. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The view is amazing and the maintenance staff is sweet and efficient.

Wonderful staff & great apartments!
I’m currently living at The Knox and I’m loving it so far! They have been taking extra precautions with Covid including delivering packages right to our door. They were very safe opening the amenities back up which is super important to me!

Only redeeming quality is loction. Apartments are like caves, not well maintained and management is the worst. Save yourself the time and moiney and look elsewhere.

Moved my son in today. The unit was not clean at all. Mold in showers and coming from wall and ceiling vents. Walls marked up and dirty carpet. Not happy at all for apx $1000/mth!
