The sales guy here was amazing very engaging and had so much charm and patience. Never tried to push anything on us and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Can't recommend this guy enough. Just unlucky that his stock was low and he had nothing to suit us. I can genuinely understand why his cars sell fast. Not your usual pushy salesman.
Bought a car from The Kirkcaldy Motor Company two months ago. Been busy with work to get round to leaving review so apologies for not having done so sooner. Excellent choice of cars on display on the forecourt at decent prices. Great customer service. David was friendly and obviously due to length of time he has been in the business, knows his stuff. ‘Second to none’ service from David. Arranged a test drive and found the vehicle to our liking. No pushy sales and informed of works to be undertaken prior to sale completion. After sales service has been exceptional, a niggling concern rectified in a timely fashion. Fantastic service from start to finish. I’ve no hesitation in recommending The Kirkcaldy Motor Company if you are looking for good quality ,reasonably priced vehicles.
