Never had my running technique analysed Was delighted with the in depth analysis and excellent pointers Turned out I was doing a few things wrong with my form corrected I’m actually running faster then I can handle which Is a nice problem to have Will be definitely using again exactly what I was after Thanks Liam

Clare is fantastic at what she does. She has not only been a physical but a mental coach for helping me achieve my goals. She's really easy to get along with and pushes you in all the right directions. I would 100% recommend The Kent Running Coach to absolutely anyone.

I went for a running assesment and it was a fantastic experience. It was Very thorough and illuminated areas I can improve on not just for running but for walking and working out. Furthermore, receiving a portfolio after the session has helped to refresh my mind on what was said and educate me with helpful workouts. I would 100% recommend.

I am 16 years old, and this is my first experience of a running coach. Clare was brilliant. I found her guidance really clear, and it has already made a huge difference to my running technique and helped to knock off a minute on my 5k PB. I found Clare to be really kind and encouraging - I thoroughly enjoyed my session and would have no hesitation in recommending her.
