I have not been treated there yet, however my experience dealing with receptionist to book the appointments required have been extremely frustrating. The lines are always busy, requiring to call several times a day. When someone picks up, they keep putting you on hold in a rude manner. the week day receptionist has been very difficult to communicate with, interactions are not polite, accusatory, information given is incorrect and even appointments were booked twice. Melanie the manager seems to be much better qualified and c... read more

Didn’t even make it to my initial appointment. I was first booked for a phone consultation with a midwife, during which she asked detailed questions about my pregnancy and then scheduled me for a face-to-face appointment. My husband and I both took a day off work and travelled all the way to the hospital, only to be told there was no booking in the system. We had to stay eventually a couple of nights whilst expectations were set that we could leave a day earlier. Little one was doing fine but had dropped some weight, but this was only day 2 post emergency c-section (&... read more

I had two children at the Kensington Wing, both with Charlotte Dean. She is a wonderful consultant and the full midwife team are incredibly caring. We felt so well cared for through the entire process I am so grateful to the full Kensington Wing team.

We're now on day 6 of our stay in the Kensington wing and have to say it is perhaps the nicest place you could possibly wish for to bring a baby into the world. The staff are incredibly kind, patient and helpful (shoutout to Petra, Rachel, Charlotte, Shaqoon, Tia, Kamani, Sam and Daisy). They teach you everything you need to learn from winding, bottle feeding and nappy changing. At night you can actually get some sleep as they offer to look after the baby in a little nursery and bring him back for feeding time. A hugely impr... read more
