The building management really take care of the building and I'm glad I moved here compared to other places in the city centre that rip you off and treat you horribly! The staff are all really caring here, the apartments are modern and good value for money and parking was included in my rent so that was a huge bonus!
Best place to live in Liverpool city centre! I lived at the Keel for almost 2 years and absolutely loved my time there! The flats are really light and airy, the views are incredible, the service is fantastic - if anything broke in the flat, we could log an issue on the app and maintenance would have fixed it within 24 hours. The location is fantastic, the Albert dock is at most a 10 minute walk but it is a lovely quiet area so no issues sleeping with the windows open in the summer. Amazing place to live, such nice staff and amazing views. Was mine and my other halves first flat together and we have so many great memories there. Would recommend to any young couples.
