an amazing hotel,staff could not be more helpful.The rooms are luxurious and the beds are so comfortable and you have everything you need.i would recommend any family/friends coming to new Orleans to stay at this hotel.Location is perfect as it is just off French quarter and the streetcar is right outside and at $3.00 dollars for 24 hour pass is incredible and it takes you to all the tourist attractions.Brilliant.100% Satisfaction.

Don’t typically write reviews but, was compelled. Service at this hotel is non-existent. Ordered room service, was told it would be 20 minutes, after 45 minutes called several times to check and calls went to VM. After 1.5 hours called to cancel and again went to VM. Walked by restaurant on way out to eat and there were only 2 tables occupied. Thinking now they never placed my order(?) - weird. If your idea of service at a ‘full service hotel’ is anything more than someone charging your CC, don’t stay at this hotel.
Wonderful and clean accommodations! Staff was courteous but could be better trained (forgot to tell that the room key was needed to operate the elevator, and unfamiliar with valet parking arrangements made for meetings).
I have stayed in multiple Hotels, however not one compared to my four day stay in New Orleans at the Jung!!!! Everything about our stay was exceptional! From the Valet Service to the Room Service and not to mention these rooms are 5 Stars ⭐️! Although away from all the Action, after all the fun in the Quaters, you can unwind in this Beautiful Place!!!!
Been here for the last 3 days... I have recommended it to sooo many people since the first! It’s truly amazing and beautiful � thank you!
