RecommendedLoved that this is the only hotel we’ve ever stayed in our 53 years of marriage that has overhead lighting!! Need that as we age!! Complimentary champagne with art tour by concierge of commissioned NOLA artists!! And complimentary drink tickets for the 3 nights we stayed! Only downside there was only 1 night stand.

Yes we really enjoyed our stay the Mardi Gras weekend of March 1-3 we were in walking distance of everything, the breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff was very helpful and so generous, we will be coming back
Act of God, unable to get there on the plane, weather, captain missing, then unable to start second engine, found during deicing. No refunds!!!! Sad about this policy. Sad about not being able to stay here. Again, no refunds, even for acts of God.
