Stayed there during the Easter holiday... loved it!! Clean, staff was super friendy and the pool was amazing! (Confusing to find but once we did, easy to find the next few days!) Best hotel stay thus far!
Amazing stay! We had a great time, the room was huge and perfect, the staff was kind and helpful, when we had some problems they tried to fix it immediately and all the services and facilities were great. the location is very good, the rooftop beautiful and getting downtown is very easy becaus the streetcar stop is right in front of the hotel. We already miss it! Highly recommended

This hotel was awesome. Wonderful customer service. Room 327 and 325 was lit. Security was exceptional. Shout out to George, Al, Eddie, Bernell, David, and Jack for watching out for us girls and making sure our stay was safe and secure. Everyone deserves a raise. Enjoy reviewing your cameras. Beyond fabulous! We were spending one night in New Orleans to attend a show at Saenger Theatre and depart on a cruise the next morning. I wish we could have stayed here for a week! The staff was very attentive, the residence brand new, everything was very close, valet parking was perfect, we could not have asked for anything better. The room was phenomenal. We will definitely be back.
