Great location and service in a town where service seems to be taken for granted
Jung hotel is one of the classiest hotels I've ever occupied. The rates are excellent and the staff is first class.
Best hotel in the city. It’s beautiful, clean and luxurious. The room was spacious and met our needs perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful at every turn. Right in the middle of all the city has to offer. I’ll definitely be back.
The only thing that was bad was the breakfast!!! They only service muffins and fruits!!’
The management here is terrible. Said it would take an hour to get the room ready and they would call me when my room was ready, but no, we had to come back to them multiple times. It took 2 HOURS to get my room. Never coming back here again.
Have not even check in yet and already the hotel is giving me the run around. I booked online for a pay up front deal in which the room as supposed to be $254 a night when I look at my email confirmation is said $271 per night plus tax. I called to have the fees corrected and was told that cannot make corrections I would have to cancel the reservation and pay a cancelation fee of one night. The rebook for the the discount. The staff was all very nice. The rooms are gorg!! The location is pretty good, close to everything. I would definitely stay again.
So I don’t normally do this but I’m going to brag about this spot for a minute. I’ve been in New Orleans for a few days now and was supposed to stay with a friend this weekend as everywhere I had inquired about in the city was booked. Mardi Gras and all. Long story short, my friend and I got separated and the staff at the Jung Hotel not only let me come in during the storm to stay warm but also helped set me up with a room once it was clear I wasn’t going anywhere (four hours and still hadn’t been able to get hold of my frie... read more
Great location and service!!! We received excellent customer service from the entire staff and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from the Front Desk Agent Amani!!! Amani made our Anniversary extra special and even upgraded us to the Executive Suite!!! Loved everything about the hotel... the room, restaurant, lobby, and bar. The complimentary breakfast was also really good and an added bonus. I cannot say enough about how great our stay was in New Orleans. This is my our new go to hotel whenever we're in town!
