This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! The entire staff was professional and their customer service was spot on! The entire hotel was very clean. Loved the security with your hotel key to get to the elevator and your floor. Never stayed in a hotel that provided a doorbell to your room. I just thought that was so cool. Loved the spacious room, the buffet breakfast was delicious. They have a small coffee bistro going towards the rooftop pool elevator. Overall wonderful experience and I most definitely will stay here again!
Supernice hotel, stayed for 7 nights in june. Friendly staff, clean nice big rooms with good amenitys and the bathroom/ toilet area was fantastic in our room. Perfectly situated on Canal street , walking distance to French quarters and many other places. The lobby bar was great to have a little stop at after long days walk in the city... the bartenders were so friendly and always greeting you even if you just passed on your way to elevators. 😃
The Jung Hotel & Residences has been FABULOUS!! Great rooms, great food, great service, great people (Shannon, Ivy, Carlos—you’re the best!!)! No doubt where we’re staying when we come back to NOLA!! #whathurricane?!!
