Jung Hotel should update their reservation site to notify the customer when they book during what the hotel considers a “special event”. Credit card was charged a one night “deposit” for a “special event” weekend randomly five months after I booked and six months before the event. Spoke with the front desk and they were incapable of explaining the scenario and were rude. Talking over me, placing me on a 20 plus minute hold, and overall being non-complimentary. well I can't find any email address to contact the hotel and I will be there in 3 weeks. I sent a message by messenger but I did't receive any response. Very disapointed we are in 2020!

There is no other place I will stay when in New Orleans.. From the valet guys to the front desk they were very professional and polite! A very CLEAN hotel!! I was satisfied!!
I love being able to do my laundry in my room and come home with clean clothes!
Great big rooms that are renovated perfectly with a awesome bathroom. The staff especially the valet guys were great. I wish the rooms had microwaves for all this delicious food in New Orleans.

This is a very clean and beautiful hotel. They have a restaurant a bar and a coffee house. The rooms are modern and spacious. Plus the swimming pool is on the roof with a bar and a great view.
