Had to stay during the pandemic. Took 15 minutes for the front desk person to show up and was very rude. When asked for towels was given one and refused to give anymore. Fridge stopped working and they told me they would sent someone, hot back that evening, not fixed. AC was not working correctly either. Room was nice and big though. I need someone to contact me please. I need a copy of my bill and the number for the front desk is not working!!
RecommendedIt was a wonderful stay enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
We have room stay for May ($650!) The entire city of New Orleans is under a “Stay at Home” order. We have called several times asking for a cancellation because our flights and activities within the city have been canceled due to Covid - 19. Hotel either does not answer our call and/or refuses to cancel our room without getting back our $650. They change their answer every time on “why” they can’t cancel our stay. Do not recommend!
A great overall experience. Every person on the staff was friendly and efficient. There was a personal touch with their service that is welcome in today's atmosphere of hotel service. Rooms were very well appointed and clean. I really cannot say anything negative about our stay. When we come back to New Orleans, this will be our hotel.

Came for Mardi Gras! Hotel route on route. Hotel stayed quiet and orderly for the patrons
Great location. Large double room. Huge walk in shower room. Enormous comfortable bed. Terrific roof top pool. On the down side. Absolutely NO DRAW SPACE, had to live out of my suitcase for 8 days. NO EASY CHAIR. Two very bad omissions.
This is a lovely boutique hotel away from the noise but walking distance to French Quarters and Bourbon St. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was Beautiful, Front Desk Staff was very helpful with telling me the places to go, and the rest of the staff was nice. First time in New Orleans celebrating my Birthday when I come back I will be staying here😁
