The worst surgery I have had to deal with, repeatedly unable to correct a cacophony of administrative errors from the referral team (several other poor reviews regarding the referral team on here so not an isolated problem). Incorrect details recorded on referral form marked urgent for a 2 week appointment still chasing now in week 5 due to their repeated actions of not listening and just box standard replies. Zero compassion, empathy and listening skills. I hope none of the team are ever treated as badly when they need help... read more
A new patient at this surgery all the staff are realy good here. Best Doctors surgery I have been to for years all the receptionists all realy helpfull. The Dr I have seen doctor Ben was a really good doctor listens to you and explains things really clearly so you understand which is a rarity these days. 5 s I give them for the care I have received so far thankyou
They are so rude ! From the reception staff to mostly of the doctors. I am trying to have a blood test done since April and they lose my forms, they didn’t give me one of my other forms. Sooo rude
