Just in time
Poor experience with the receptionist (Yahira) handling patient flow. Seems that their process is the patient that complains the most gets seen first vs. prioritizing patient type ( existing and new patients who need more time for their visit). Dr. Davis is great and one of the best. They just need to get their admin side in order.
I will never return to The Joint Chiropractic – terrible customer service and a disappointing experience. Zero stars if I could! I initially felt some relief after my first visit, which led me to sign up for a package. Unfortunately, due to a change in my schedule and personal circumstances, it became difficult to keep up with the visits.
