Dr. Ari and Courtney were incredibly helpful when I needed basically emergency care today! We have a treatment plan set and I left feeling better and confident a pathway to wellness was established.
I was planning to visit a location, but it was closed, and I wanted to cancel my membership because the alternative location was too far for me. Unfortunately, the only way to cancel my account was by going to that other location in person, and they were unwilling to accommodate me at all. Be aware that, according to their policies, cancellation can only be done in person. If you try to cancel through other means, they will continue charging your card.
