Their office is in a shared building with a shared reception for the whole building meaning your call will be answered by a random person who doesn't know anything about this company, they will take your message and a call back will be promised from "the italian lawyer". If you are a new client you will get a call back for sure, if you are an existing client and you need info about your case you'll never get a call back. Italian bureaucracy is a nightmare, as any Italian will tell you nothing is easy. I'm British born with Italian parents and usually quite capable however I couldn't get round a British lasting power of attorney not being acceptable in Italy. Ricardo and the team were exceptional. Although it did take two years there were problems that were extremely difficult to resolve. I would have given up without their help. A very professional team that genuinely care. I more than recommend.
