Ever since I started with this practice I have never had a problem the staff are always pleasant and so helpful. They all take their time with everyone and nothing seems too much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Mary.
Just got a msg asking me to call regarding results....they were supposed to call me...and have made 20 calls a day without getting through for almost 2 weeks....absolute and total joke!!
Could somebody please pick up the phone..?
My husband and I joined this practice in early December and have received outstanding care. Reception/admin staff were so very helpful when we registered, and all of our interactions with nurses ,doctors and pharmacist have been great… despite a demanding winter workload every member of the team we have met have been professional and caring .
I have been in this practice for 50yrs and find everyone very professional and helpful..
