I have always wanted to try reflexology but I have never got around to it as I am extremely reserved with whom I share body & energy with - I was aligned with Tina who is attentive and passionate about her skill. I gained a vast amount of knowledge about my body, which Tina noted from my treatment, this information not only was correct it aloud me to intentionally work upon the areas of concern. I wasn't really sure what to expect by Reflexology but it exceeded all my expectations. My whole appointment felt like it had an out of body experience. I had an hour of being in the most relaxed state I've felt in years, so much so that when it came to an end, I felt oddly emotional. My first experience of reflexology was with Tina and it has been amazing for me over the last two months. It’s really surprised me some of the things that Tina was able to identify and uncover about me and my past throughout the sessions. As an example, I had told Tina that I am a fantastic sleeper (which I am) but after my most recent session, Tina asked if I was historically a bad sleeper and I was shocked because up until a few years I used to really struggle with my sleep. Tina and her magical touch are truly remarkable. My mind starts off racing at the beginning of each session, but within just 15 minutes, it quiets down completely—as if a switch has been flipped. Reflexology with her is such an incredible remedy; it simply dissolves all the noise. Thank you Tina
I've had several reflexology sessions with Tina in Sep-Oct 2024 and highly recommend her service. Tina has been extremely welcoming and considerate of my needs. She provides a detailed diagnostic before the treatment starts, and the treatment itself has made a big difference to my symptoms. Highly recommended!
