Having an awful experience with this firm; been so bad had to get the Ombudsman involved. Now they don't even pick up calls or reply to emails. Complete waste of time.
Been trying to contact them for days now and there’s no reply to emails no answer of the phone and I’m getting worried as I should have the compensation by now
Avoid Avoid Avoid I’m currently awaiting my compensation payout as it’s overdue. Now I’m receiving no replies from my emails & the phone numbers just go to engaged……they appear impossible to get hold of yet they have my money !!?? I really hope I’m wrong on this one ☝️
