I have ordered from this shop once before; four jars of pickles. They arrived promptly, but one was broken. To the shop's credit they did refund the money for that jar, though they made me jump through hoops. Then I ordered two jars of pickles and two bags of frozen samosas. The package arrived with the samosas fully defrosted so I couldn't use them as you're not supposed to refreeze stuff. Placed an order for pickup by mistake ( as they are over an hour's drive away for me) and want to change it to delivery. Tried their listed number and have left messages atleast 3 times , sent them emails, on their customer service number, absolutely no response. Getting frustrated as I had some baby food item.
