I can't praise Dr Ryan O'Neill enough! He dealt with a family member of mine in a way every doctor should. He was reassuring, personable and honest. You can tell he genuinely wants to help people. He is literally a life saver! Also the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. We can't thank them enough!
If you can afford to go here then do. Brilliant staff and doctors. Very clean, friendly and efficient. Faultless.
I have used the igp many time for blood tests always straight in quick and well done. All staff are brilliant. I can literally book the appointments arpund breaks in work so I don't miss anytime and need to use sick/holiday etc I would recommend to anyone that can afford it to use them, as an example last bloods I had done at my gp I was waiting around etc so in total it took nearly an hr, last bloods in igp took less than 10mins from parking to driving off.
My daughter was recently referred by our NHS GP for bloods, and due to her age, we could only have them taken at Ystrad Mynach hospital. Upon calling YM hospital, I was told the first appointment they could offer for a paediatric blood test was May! I queried this with them, and also went back to my doctor's to query as this was needed because she has been poorly, and yes, a 3 month wait was indeed correct. I was shocked. Dr Ryan O'Neill is personable, listens carefully and takes the appropriate next steps with speed. This is exactly what it should be like, Someone who makes you feel comfortable and is able to take a necessary action to address your medical issues. Cannot recommend highly enough.
