I’ve recently done some sessions with Karen at the hypnosis centre for my anxiety and feel so much better for it! I had had a couple of hypnosis sessions more than 10yrs years with a different practitioner. I called Karen as she had good reviews and was local. Due to covid Karen explained the sessions would be over a WhatsApp video call. This surprised me and was a little concerned on whether to proceed but I thought I would give one session a go and then decide if I wanted more. I can’t recommend Karen enough, I’ve suffered with crippling anxiety for over 10 years and nothing seemed to help. I tried hypnotherapy with Karen and felt different after the first session, there’s absolutely no pressure to have a certain number of sessions, it’s completely down to you which I liked!
